什么是组织 cDNA 芯片
组织 cDNA 芯片是一个包含肿瘤和癌旁组织 cDNA 的阵列,可以直接用于实时荧光定量 PCR,检测目的基因
(包括 mRNA、microRNA、circRNA 和 lncRNA)在不同样本中的表达。现有产品涵盖肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、结肠癌和肝癌。
